System Disruption - 6th May 16:30

We are currently having problems with the Easycall platform that started just after 16:30. Engineers are currently investigating.

16:40: Platform is now back up. Apologies for the inconvenience. We will issue more details after we have investigated the cause.  


A database server responsible for authentication slowed down when it started swapping memory to disc.

Engineers investigating observed long queries being executed which were using up a disproportionate amount of the available memory.
To avoid repetition, configurations will be changed to prevent these queries being sent to this type of server.
