Service Disruption - 17th June 10:47

10:47 We received reports that customers were unable to log into Easycallnow. This was due to a network problem inside one of our Tier 1 ISP providers, and we have switched traffic to use a different ISP. Service was reestablished at 11:00.

If customer's own ISPs are routing through the same Tier 1 provider, they are likely to have similar problems, and they will need to talk to their own provider.
