16:00 - Our networks team are still investigating the issue and it seems to be relating to an ongoing external issue, we are looking further into this and will provide an update as soon as possible.

17:20 - Our investigations have shown that this is a problem with an external ISP, and not with our servers or network. Customers experiencing poor voice quality need to contact their ISP to report the issue. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to rectify this.
