Fault Report for system outage - 28 October 2015

On Wednesday, 28 October 2015 Easycontactnow platform experienced a minor outage. 

 

12:10 There was roughly a 6 minute time frame in which customers were experiencing issues the system where Agents were intermittently being logged out. 

 

15:15 There was roughly a 10 minute time frame in which customers were experiencing issues the system where Agents were intermittently being logged out. Agents were also unable to disposition calls.
