Outbound Dialling Issues - 18 November 2015

At approximately 9:08am this morning, we received reports of calls dropping. Customers have reported some inability to dial numbers externally via the dialler, as calls are not reaching destinations.
This is also affecting customers attempting to login via AOD.
This has been escalated with immediate urgency and we working to resolve this issue at the earliest opportunity.
