Service Disruption - 11 December 2015

At around 11:00hrs, an issue was reported with customers experiencing problems that caused auto dialling to stop. 

Our investigation found that a specific dialler process had stopped running causing only auto dialling to cease. This was quickly resolved by restarting the process and customers were able to carry on with their automatic dialling at approximately 11:10hrs.
