[Update] Call Recording 25 January 2016

There are currently a backlog of call recordings waiting to be available to be retrieved. Our initial investigations indicate that some call recordings will take a while longer to be come available. 
 
Please accept our apologies for the delay in accessing your call recordings. All our efforts are being directed to clearing the back log at the earliest opportunity. 
 
Once again, we apologise for the connivence this may have caused. We will keep updating the help centre until the issue is fully resolved.
