Call recording issue 4-5 March 2016

We are currently experiencing issues regarding the call recordings whereby they are taking longer than usual to process. Going forward, call recordings will be processed at normal rate but some previous call recordings will take a longer time to become available on the calls report.

All call recordings will become available but will take longer to be retrieved than usual.
