On Sunday, 18th September 2016 EasyCallNow will be powered down to carry out critical preventative maintenance. We are estimating an approximate down time of 3 hours. While we will endeavor to stick to the estimated timeline we have no way of guaranteeing the actual downtime as this has not been done before.
This means that any of your customers who are active during the maintenance window will not be able to make or receive calls during this time. Based on detailed usage analysis of our platform we have decided this particular time slot is historically the quietest time of the week to carry out this critical maintenance.
We apologise unreservedly for this massive disruption and we will do our to resume normal service at the earliest opportunity.
The Help Centre will be updated once normal service has been resumed.
